Build enterely in AISI304 Stainless Steel complies the standard set by UL1046 and ULC S649 , ensuring safety and performance. Deigned to withstand high temperatures associated with solid fuel cooking, it can be safely cleaned in a dishwasher at high temperatures. The entire accessory is removable.
